The Steel Eagle 107D was the first model TOPS ever made. With the success of that knife, the hunter's or drop point version was an obvious next step. Those that will be using their Steel Eagle mostly for outdoors tasks, may find the usability of a blade with belly to be more to their liking.
This Steel Eagle Delta Class model also comes with the Midnight Bronze finish, sandwiched Micarta, and the tan Kydex just like its tanto point counterpart. It also comes with the same strength, durability, versatility, and dependability as the 107D.
