*When you make a purchase from Top Brass, it is important to us that you have no reservations, no hesitations, no second thoughts. Shop with confidence knowing that anything you purchase can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Here are your return options:
- 30-day Money Back Returns: If you are unsatisfied with an item/items for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund (minus shipping charges) to be issued to the original payment method. This policy excludes body armor, pepper spray and customized products
- 365 Day Returns: Items may be returned after 30 days and up to 365 days from the delivery date for a Top Brass e-store credit. The credit amount will exclude any shipping fees from the original order. This policy excludes body armor, pepper spray and customized products.
- In order for an item to be eligible for a refund or e-store credit, the item must be in new, resalable condition and be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original packaging, with all tags and instructions. Top Brass reserves the right to deny a return if any of these conditions are not met.
If you decide that you need to return an item, just follow these steps to ensure a smooth return experience.
- Log into your Top Brass customer account by clicking on “My Account” at the top/right portion of the home page.
- Then select the order from which an item needs to be returned.
- Next click on “Return Items”
- Select which item you need to return by entering the quantity of items you wish to return in the appropriate box.
- Select the reason for the return from the drop-down menu.
- Choose “Refund” or “E-store Credit” for the Return Action you desire.
- Leave any comments you wish in the comments box.
- Click “Submit Return Request”.
- Once we have received your return request, you will receive a confirmation e-mail letting you know that we have received your request. Just follow the instructions on this e-mail in order to return the item or items.
- Once we have received your returned items and have verified that they meet all return requirements outlined earlier, your refund or e-store credit will be issued.
To keep everything simple and trackable, Top Brass does not exchange items bought online. Please follow these simple steps if you need a different size, color, etc.
- Return the item you wish to exchange. Once we have the item, we will issue an e-store credit.
- Once you have received the credit, you can place a new order for the correct item and use the credit to pay for the transaction.
* If there was a mistake made by our staff on your order, (we shipped the wrong product, the wrong size, wrong color, etc.) please shoot us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 210-641-2521 and let us know how we messed up and how we can fix it. If the mistake was on our end, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and will do our best to get you the correct item ASAP with no additional shipping charges.
