The HRT Placard Buckle Adapter allows the user to attach an HRT placard system or other popular industry placards to a carrier or vest without vertical webbing. The adapter contains two 1" female ITW Nexus QASM Buckles, two MOLLE T and the webbing adapter to attach to your plate carrier, this give you 2 different mounting options for your buckles.
