Can you make nametapes/dog tags??
Yes, we offer custom uniform name tapes (with or without Velcro) as well as custom-printed military dog tags. Please shoot us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 210-641-2521 to place your order for these items. Please add an additional 24 hours to process these custom orders.
Can I return an item if it has been customized?
Unless a mistake has been made by Top Brass on your custom order, these items would not be returnable.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
There is NO restocking fee on returns. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for more details on the return process.
What do I do if I receive a defective product?
If a product arrives to you in defective condition, shoot us an e-mail at email@example.com or give us a call at 210-641-2521. We will do our best to make sure you receive a replacement item ASAP.
Can I get a discount on bulk orders?
Bulk orders and department purchases may be eligible for a discount depending on the size of the order and the nature of the items being ordered. Before placing an order of this type, shoot us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 210-641-2521 and we will do our best to get you a quote for your request.
What if something I purchase is out of stock?
We do our best to disable products that are out of stock. However, in the event a product you purchased is unavailable to ship at the time of purchase, we will e-mail you and give you the option of cancelling the order or waiting for the item to return to stock. If you wish to switch your purchase to a different item that IS in stock, we ask that you allow us to cancel the initial order and place a new one. You will be fully refunded for the out of stock item.
Is there a way to track my order or check the status of it?
In order to track an order, simply log into your account and click on the order in question. All available status updates should be visible here.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please shoot us an e-mail at email@example.com or give us a call at 210-641-2521. An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been processed, so it is best to do this within 24 hours of the order being placed.
How do I retrieve my user name and/or password if I forgot them?
This is no problem. Simply click on “My Account” at the top/right of the home page, then click “Forgot Password”. As long as you enter the e-mail address that your account was started with, we should be able to reset your password.
Are there certain products that require me to show ID/credentials/proof of occupation?
There are. Certain items that contain identifying text such as “Police” or “Sheriff” can only be purchased once you have e-mailed us a copy of your government issued ID showing proof of occupation.
Is there a way to combine discount codes?
Unfortunately not. Only one discount code per transaction can be applied to your purchase.
Why won’t my discount code work?
Certain discount codes have a limited timespan in which they can be used. If your code is not working, it’s possible your code has passed the eligible time frame.

No federal laws prohibit the purchase or possession of general body armor by law-abiding US citizens over the age of 18. It’s your right to protect yourself. As a general rule, law-abiding citizens can purchase, own and wear body armor. Federal law regulates body armor under 18 U.S.C.A. Section 931. In the USA, laws restrict the possession, use, and purchase of certain types of body armor.
For example, felons are prohibited from purchasing or possessing body armor. Some other types of body armor, specifically those designed for military use, may not be available for civilians to purchase or use.
